Kangna Ranaut beats Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone

Bollywood seems to be going through a phase of surprises as the low-budget movies are striking jackpot in box office. This year opened with Salman Khan’s ‘Jai Ho’, which was an average affair in box office, but what followed next was a bunch of low budget movies that made high scores.

More precisely, it is Kangna Ranaut turning ebullient as her films are turning to be huge hits. Before a month it was ‘Queen’ that became a trendsetter of this year and her today’s opening ‘Revolver Rani’ is on high wage run as the tickets for first three days have been sold like hot cakes. The early reviews for the film have fetched the best praises for the actress’ astounding performance.

Meanwhile, she is the only heroine to have delivered a couple of hits movies that revolves completely on her instead of being portrayed as the ladylove or glam-girl of heroes.

Last year, it was Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone leading the market, but within first few months of this year, Kangna Ranaut has taken the front seat.
